Terms of Service

Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 13, 2026

Beta service notice. WorkProduct.ai is currently in beta. The service is provided for evaluation purposes and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Do not rely on it as your sole means of legal analysis.

Acceptance

By accessing or using WorkProduct.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and WorkProduct, Inc. ("WorkProduct," "we," "us"). We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after notice of an update constitutes acceptance.

The Service

WorkProduct provides AI-assisted tools for analyzing insurance policies, including the Policy Compiler. The Service produces informational outputs — summaries, redlines, and structured data derived from documents you upload. Outputs are not legal advice and do not substitute for the judgment of a qualified attorney.

During the beta period, the Service is provided at no charge or at a reduced rate. We reserve the right to change pricing at the close of beta with reasonable notice.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at dale@workproduct.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each account is for use by one organization. You may not share access credentials across organizations or resell access to the Service.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant WorkProduct a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — nothing more.

We do not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models. Your documents are processed to generate your output and are deleted on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload documents you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models or prompts.
  • Use the Service to generate outputs for unauthorized third parties.
  • Circumvent any security or access control mechanism.
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and models, is owned by WorkProduct and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use outputs generated from Your Content for your own legal work.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty — express or implied — regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkProduct's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD. WorkProduct is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
