We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
We do not collect payment card information directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
We never use your documents or outputs to train AI models. That covers fine-tuning, evaluation, and any other purpose. Your policy documents are processed to produce your output and are not used for anything else.
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Each customer's data is held in an isolated tenant, with no commingling across organizations. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Bermuda Form policy data is processed exclusively on UK-provisioned Azure infrastructure. No Bermuda Form data touches US-based servers, storage, or model inference.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Uploaded documents and generated outputs are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a 30-day grace period, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
We do not run third-party analytics inside the application. The signed-in product sets only the cookies needed to keep you authenticated and maintain your session. Those are essential, and turning them off would prevent you from signing in.
On our public website, meaning the pages you can view without signing in, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It records which pages are viewed, the approximate region a visit came from, the device and browser used, and the site or search that referred you. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address, and we do not send it your name, email address, firm name, or anything else that identifies you personally.
Google processes this information as an independent provider and may do so in the United States. Their handling of it is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
This does not extend to your documents. Analytics runs only on the public website. No policy document, compiled output, or any other file you upload is ever sent to an analytics provider. The protections described under Data storage and security are unaffected.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them has no effect on your use of the product.
We use a limited set of sub-processors to deliver the service. We maintain a current list in our Data Processing Agreement. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email dale@workproduct.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
